Soil Testing

Ground investigation to confirm the land can carry the build.

Soil testing determines whether the ground can safely support a structure. It assesses bearing capacity, soil composition, moisture content, and contamination. Poor or unverified soil can lead to cracks, sinking, or collapse — testing is essential to protect both the property and its occupants.
