1. Cracks in Plaster & Brickwork

• Hairline cracks from settlement or thermal movement

• Remove load-bearing walls with RSJ or lintel support
• Underpin and rebuild bowing sections
• Reconfigure entire room layouts to open-plan

When Replacement Is Needed

• Opening up rooms for open-plan living
• Adding bedrooms, en-suites or home offices
• Restoring walls after damp or structural repair

Installation Steps

   Structural Check

   • Confirm load-bearing status
   • Engage a structural engineer where required

   Temporary Support

   • Install acrow props and needles before any cuts
   • Protect surrounding finishes

   Permanent Support

   • Fit steel beam (RSJ) or concrete lintel
   • Pad-stones to spread load

   Demolition or Build-Up

   • Remove existing wall in controlled stages
   • Or erect new stud or block partition

   First Fix

   • Run electrics and plumbing within walls
   • Install insulation in studwork

   Finishing

   • Plasterboard, plaster and decorate
   • Reinstate skirting and trims
